We started “My Elegant Hair’ Extensions in 2016 for women/men who suffer from hair loss such as our CEO Patrice. She wanted to continue to make a difference and make women/men feel good about themselves. Suffering from hair loss can be a draining and depressing situation. Although wearing extensions does not grow your hair back, it gives you the privilege to switch up your hair styles often and feel fabulous at the same time. We’re excited that we recently added Organic Hair Care Products to our inventory. What makes our products even more special is that they are handmade. We’ve gotten so much good feedback since the release of our products June 8 th , 2019, people are already telling us to do another release party. We are over joyed by the feedback we are receiving each day. We have decided to take hair out of our inventory and just focus on bringing you the best hair product solution. CEO Patrice: I remember years ago when a friend of mind got diagnosed with lupus, little do she know she was the one that kick started my career for making wigs for others. I always had a passion for helping women with their hair issues because growing up I had them. I HATED it!! But it allowed me to branch off and help others and build back up their confidence while going through hair loss. 2016 is when I officially started selling extensions and I just knew I was about to make all the money in the world. I invested in 2,000 worth of “Good Hair” thank God, I had good hair because I heard plenty of stories people invested into bad hair they first time around. Any who, the money was not rolling in as I thought it would, it took me about a year to sell a little over 25 bundles. TERRIBLE, RIGHT? I got discouraged and stopped posting a selling hair. Little did I know God had a plan for me. All while trying to sell hair in 2016 no one knew I was testing out handmade “organic” hair care products. 2017 I made an announcement that I, now sell hair care products and for another whole year no one bought the products (I know these are bomb products though). HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! So, what I did was just started giving out samples to people and having them send me back feedback and I will post it… I started getting people attention. So, in 2019 of January I made up my mind to let people know how serious I am about my brand and I told the world “world meaning family and social media” that I was having a launch celebration that way I would not back down from making my dream a reality. So final June 8 th came around the day of my release celebration and I had a blast. I’ve still been having some ups and downs in this business but I will not stop and I will keep soaring. I was made for this, I enjoy creating products and having people I never knew or met try them and fall in love with them. It’s a beautiful feeling, and I’m just getting started.
