How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday–Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.). Domestic Express Shipping is 2-4 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 4-6 Business days depending on your location. All package deliveries are with UPS/USPS and business days are Monday–Friday

When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.UPS.com OR www.USPS.com Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal or directly from my elegant Hair. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact us at  www.myeleganthair77@gmail.com

Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes to your order if it haven’t been shipped. However, if your items arrive and it wasn’t what you purchased contact us at myeleganthair77@gmail.com and we will father assist you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is submitted and inspected we will then email you, letting you know we recovered the item. Following we will also let you know if a refund will be applied or not. If refund is approved a credit will be automatedly applied to your payment method. Please allow a couple of days to process.

(please do not ship item back without verifying though email first myeleganthair77@gmail.com there is no guarantee you will get your exchange or refund without verify first. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
